I can’t attend the workshop - what should I do?

If you are unable to attend the workshop you will have two options depending on the time.

Option 1: If it is the day before the workshop or earlier.

You can reschedule the workshop to a different available day. You can do this by following the below steps.

• Log into the Online Learning Platform

• In the left navigation bar click on the ‘Live Events’

• That will open the drop-down options which will allow you to click ‘Dr. Ray’s/Ann’s Workshop’

• After clicking ‘Dr. Ray’s/Ann’s Workshop’ you will have the option to move your UCAT/HPAT Workshop by clicking ‘Move’ to view available bookings

• Select the new workshop date you would like and then confirm

Option 2: It is the day of the workshop

Please contact us and we will move your booking to a more suitable date.
