When are Weekly UCAT Classes run?

The live online weekly classes run for 12 weeks and can be added to any package. Each week a tutor will teach a different aspect of the UCAT and will look at questions that students nominate to discuss. The classes are all recorded so that students can watch them if they miss a class or want to use the recordings to revise.

The two-and-a-half hour classes run from March/April to the end of June each year.

What can I / can't I take into the UCAT?

You need to take acceptable identification and your confirmation email from Pearson VUE to the UCAT testing centre. Other items, including pens, pencils, calculators, dictionaries, rulers etc. are not allowed.

I am experiencing issues with the online platform. How can I fix it?

If you are experiencing issues with the online platform, please try using a different browser. If that fixes the issue, it could be a browser-specific issue. Please continue using the different browser and contact MedEntry about the issue. If the different browser does not resolve the issue, please try using a different device (e.g. different desktop computer or laptop, or a phone or tablet) to see if that resolves the issue. Please also contact MedEntry.

Question 4

I have a Premium Group. Why can’t I book a workshop?

With a Premium-Group package you book your workshop anytime after purchasing, provided you have ‘completed’ your group.

Reasons for not being able to book your workshop would be because you haven’t completed your group please check the following:

You have a brought the correct Premium-Group package
You need at least one other person to ‘complete’ your group

If you have invited a person and you can’t book your workshop please:

Check that the person you invited has also brought a Premium-Group package
Check that the email address of the person you invited is correct
Check that the email address of the person you invited is the same as the email address they used to purchase the Premium-Group package

If you are trying to join a group:

If you haven’t received the invite email with the group number:

Please contact the person who invited you and make sure they used your correct email address

If you have received the invite email with the group number:

Please make sure you are inputting the correct group number.
Please contact the person who invited you and make sure that your invitation hasn’t been accidentally cancelled.

Question 5

I have a Premium Group. Do I need to study for the UCAT with the people in my group?

Accepted Answer

No. Forming a group allows you to get the Premium package at a lower price, without the need to share accounts or to work together with other students who have purchased their Premium Group package. We do encourage group work for UCAT but you don't have to study with the same group that you used to obtain the discounted package. There are plenty of resources for you to study individually or with your friends.

Where can I find the date / time of the workshop that I have booked?

To check the date and time of the Workshop you are enrolled in you will need to follow the below steps:

Log into the Online Learning Platform
In the left navigation bar click on the ‘Live Events’
That will open the drop-down options which will allow you to click ‘Dr. Ray’s/Ann’s Workshop’
After clicking ‘Dr. Ray’s/Ann’s Workshop’ you can view the date and time of the workshop you are enrolled in
